Singing the Ocean Song - collaborative Poetry

If you held a mirror to what I once was, you would only see guitar strings shimmering in the light.

The shadows that cast upon my face were a reflection of an internal ocean. Vast and lasting forever. I thought about the sun until it set on your horizon.

Sailing over lasting seas at dusk, I found the wind kissing my ribs. A giant slept beneath me and all around her breath breathed and brushed against this vessel. I welcomed the night like darkness the the stars did come a bit closer. The moon be a rock, yet it reflects the stars in the galaxy, such jewels the eyes come to life. Her breath a pair of lips inside my lungs like sails, pulling me onward.

The sails tugged like the strings in my heart. Playing melodies from the past. Remind me to breath, his touch that crashes like waves around me. The bright beams of light my body bleeds guides me to him.
